Three Most Important Factors for Finding the Best Location for Your Home

Thanks for visiting my blog!

A lot of people ask me when they are looking to buy, ‘where do I buy?’ I simply reply, ‘location, location, location.’ Location is the most important thing to keep in mind when buying, because one day you will want to sell the property. When it comes to close on that sale, you want to get a check!

So, here are three things to think about when buying:

1.    School district. You want a home with a great school district. No matter when you sell your home, a family will always want a good school district for their children.

2.    Growing Community. New homes increase the value of the subdivision. You want an area that has new homes being built.

3.    Safety. It doesn’t need much of an explanation. Check the crime rate where you are looking.

Those are the three main reasons people buy a home and they are three things you will want to keep in mind when it comes time to sell!

  1. This is the WORST service I have ever experienced from any business, especially a service business. Mr. Newton and his property management team "managed” my rental property for two years. In that time I was LIED to numerous times and they did not uphold the terms of their own rental agreement! According to section 6 of their rental agreement, any repair over $200 needs owner approval. They spent $385 on a repair without my approval and then blamed it on the third party they employ for the repairs. That was just the most recent example of their questionable business ethics. His operations manager and wife Ginger intentionally dodged my calls. AND they ignored multiple work orders that were submitted by the tenant, compounding issues and my costs as an owner. Also, once I fired Mr. Newton, his team made it as difficult of a transition as possible. My new management company cited multiple instances of them making the transition unnecessarily difficult. There’s no way I would ever do business with him again and I would highly recommend staying as far away from him and his team as possible. I am completely dissatisfied with my experience!
